General terms & conditions
1. Arrial / Depature
Arrival is possible from 16:00 hrs. The departure should be no later than 10:00 am. The arrival and departure times are valid on all weekdays.
If departure is delayed by more than 1 hour, a late check-out fee of €20 will be charged.
A fee of €20 per night will be charged in all apartments from the third person onwards. If more people arrive spontaneously, this fee must be paid on site per person and night.
2. Special services
Special services are basically possible and can be booked during the booking or afterwards. They require written confirmation by the lessor.
3. Payment
The booking contract is concluded as soon as the apartment is booked and confirmed. The conclusion of the booking contract obligates the contractual partners to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. Payment of the invoice amount is due within seven days of receipt of the booking documents. If the payment deadlines are not met, the Lessor may withdraw from the booking contract. The non-payment is considered as withdrawal and entitles to a new rental.
4. Cancellation/Rebooking
Cancellation of the booked apartment is possible at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing. In case of a cancellation, the following procedure will be followed:
• up to 90 days before the arrival date 60% of the total price will be refunded.
• up to 89 days before the day of arrival 40% of the total price will be refunded.
• from 29 days 100% of the total price is due without refund.
The date of receipt of your cancellation counts in each case. You can provide a substitute person who will enter your booking contract under the conditions mentioned above. A written notification is sufficient.
5. Obligations of the Lessee
The tenant undertakes to treat the rented items (apartment, inventory and outdoor facilities) with care. If damage to the apartment and / or its inventory occurs during the stay, the tenant is obliged to report this immediately. Defects and damage already noticed on arrival must be reported immediately, otherwise the tenant is liable for this damage. A reasonable period of time must be allowed for the removal of damage and defects. Claims arising from complaints that are not reported immediately on site are excluded. Complaints that are only received by the landlord at the end of the stay or after leaving the apartment are also excluded from compensation.
